Unlocking Insights: Leveraging Large-Scale Proteogenomic Data to Identify Proteomic Drivers of Human Diseases – a Comprehensive Catalog of Proteome-Phenome-Wide Associations

What you’ll gain:

  • Cutting-edge science – learn how Mendelian randomization and large-scale proteogenomic data are reshaping our understanding of disease pathways
  • Actionable insights – discover key protein-disease associations and their implications for drug development, including novel targets for inflammatory and metabolic diseases
  • Real-world applications – explore how integrating MR with epigenomics and single-cell RNA sequencing can prioritize therapeutic targets
  • Expert networking – engage with top researchers and thought leaders in precision proteomics over a complimentary breakfast
HUPO 25 Speaker

Presenter Satoshi Yoshiji, MD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Genetics at McGill University and a Visiting Scholar at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. He is a board-certified endocrinologist who trained in genetic epidemiology and proteogenomics at McGill and the Broad.

His research focuses on leveraging large-scale proteogenomic and other omic data to understand causal biology and identify potential therapeutic targets for human diseases.

Visit Booth 13 to experience the power of the SomaScan Assay

Discover how high-throughput proteomics is accelerating biomarker discovery, drug development and clinical research. Powered by proprietary SOMAmer™ Reagents, the SomaScan™ Platform enables deep proteomic insights across diverse sample types – measuring 11,000 proteins (half of the human proteome) from a single sample.

Enjoy exclusive networking perks!

The first 25 attendees will receive drink tickets for the evening workshops.
