Lauren Glaser

Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategic Finance

Ms. Glaser is the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Finance at SomaLogic. She brings over 15 years of life science and biotech experience in investor relations, capital markets advisory, corporate strategy, strategic finance and communications. 

Prior to joining SomaLogic, Ms. Glaser was the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs at Assembly Bio and before that she was Head of Investor Relations at Adverum Biotechnologies. Previously, she spent over a decade advising public and private life sciences companies of all sizes and stages at The Trout Group and Trout Capital. She has counseled management teams through navigation of the U.S. and ex-U.S. capital markets including private and public transactions ranging from IPOs and follow-on offerings to private placements and provided strategic guidance on crisis management, M&A transactions and messaging of pivotal data. 

Ms. Glaser received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
